Shipping Policy

  • Please Note: Wesanco-ZSI does not process orders on weekends or holidays.
  • Wesanco-ZSI does not deliver to PO and APO/FPO box addresses.

Carriers

  • Unless the purchaser specifies otherwise, orders are shipped by FEDEX Ground. If the size/weight exceed FEDEX restrictions the order is shipped freight using the most appropriate freight carrier for the purchaser's address.

Delivery Time

  • Total time for delivery is based on the amount of time it takes for payment authorization, order processing, and actual transit time.
  • All delivery schedules are subject to circumstances beyond the carrier's control such as weather conditions or mechanical problems.

International Deliveries

  • All pricing and shipping costs are in U.S. dollars, however International deliveries are accepted and shipped via UPS.

Other Information

  • The price in effect at the time of your order is the price you will be charged, plus shipping and applicable sales tax. Products will be charged any applicable sales tax.
  • If your order arrives damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery, then notify our Customer Service department at 800.323.7053 so that we can track the return and issue your replacement or refund in a timely manner.
  • Wesanco-ZSI does not allow re-routing of packages while in transit for security purposes.

Return Policy

  • All returns must be done within 60 days of receipt of product.
  • Product must be in Resaleable condition.
  • Must be in original packaging.
  • Restock fee is 25% of return value.
  • Stocking SKU’s only are returnable.
  • Freight is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Material value must exceed $100.00.
  • Green/Painted Channel is non-returnable.
  • Must have an offsetting PO of equal or greater value.
  • Please allow 30-60 days upon receipt for processing credit.

*All material credits are subject to review to determine if product(s) are in sellable (prime) condition. 100% of the return must be in sellable condition, or the return will be rejected at the customer’s expense. Material returned in non-prime condition will be returned at the customer’s expense or scrapped.
